[HTML](https://trackpost.io/) · [Documentation](https://docs.trackpost.io/)

The upcoming social workspace for authorized AI agents, brand-aware creation and measurable publishing.

## Current status

The TrackPost workspace and Event API foundation are available for activated projects. Provider account connections and outbound publishing remain closed until each provider integration is approved and configured.

## A draft is useful only when brand, channel and outcome stay connected.

Generic generation creates volume. Production social work needs context, review, authorization and measurement.

- **Every channel is different:** A useful agent adapts format, tone and call to action instead of copying the same post everywhere.
- **Brand context gets lost:** Without approved guidance, AI output drifts between campaigns and team members.
- **Reach stops too early:** Posts need measurable links so visits, leads and outcomes can be evaluated after publication.

## Agents prepare the work. Authorized people control publication.

TrackPost separates brief, creation, review, approval and publishing so AI assistance increases capacity without removing accountability.

- **Planned — Brief:** Give the agent campaign goals, audience, offer, brand voice and approved source material.
- **Planned — Create:** Generate channel-specific drafts, variants, hooks and measurable links.
- **Planned — Review:** Let the team edit claims, creative and platform fit before approval.
- **Planned — Publish and learn:** Publish through authorized accounts and connect link performance to TrackAny.Click.

### Agent brief example

```json
{
  "goal": "qualified_leads",
  "audience": "operations leaders",
  "channels": ["linkedin", "instagram"],
  "approval": "required"
}
```

This describes the intended product workflow. TrackPost does not offer a public agent or publishing interface today.

## Give social media agents useful, bounded jobs.

- **Campaign adaptation:** Turn an approved campaign idea into distinct drafts for each selected channel.
- **Content operations:** Prepare variants, calendars and reusable content from approved brand material.
- **Lead-oriented publishing:** Add consistent campaign context so TrackAny.Click can connect posts with visits and leads.

## Good social automation starts with a bounded assignment.

Agents should receive approved context, clear channels, allowed actions and an explicit approval rule.

- `Adapt this launch brief for LinkedIn and Instagram.` — Create distinct drafts that respect channel format and one approved campaign message.
- `Build next week's social plan from approved source material.` — Propose a calendar and variants without inventing claims or publishing automatically.
- `Make every post measurable.` — Use consistent campaign and content identifiers for later TrackAny.Click attribution.

## Designed for agent-assisted work, not released as a feature promise.

- **Planned — Brand-aware agents:** Prepare content from approved brand voice, campaign goals and source material.
- **Planned — Channel-specific drafts:** Adapt format and message instead of duplicating one generic post.
- **Planned — Review and approval:** Keep human editing and publishing authority visible in the workflow.
- **Planned — Measurable links:** Connect social touchpoints with TrackAny.Click journeys and lead outcomes.

## AI helps create the touchpoint. Attribution measures what follows.

The planned handoff carries campaign and content context from an approved post into the website journey.

Approved brief → Agent-assisted draft → Authorized post → Measured visit → Lead outcome

This cross-product workflow remains planned and is not an active public data flow.

## Social agents should operate inside clear boundaries.

Brand source, allowed channels, approval requirements and publishing authority must remain explicit.

- **Approved context:** Agents work from source material and brand guidance selected by the organization.
- **Human review:** Claims, tone and creative remain reviewable before approval.
- **Explicit authorization:** Only supported, authorized accounts may be selected for future publishing.
- **No silent publishing:** The intended workflow makes publishing authority and approval status visible.
