Account and publishing authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and connect only profiles, Pages, organizations and business locations you are authorized to manage. Selecting a destination confirms that you have authority to publish the submitted content there.
Customer content
You retain responsibility for text, links, media, claims, offers and instructions submitted to TrackPost. You must hold the necessary rights and comply with advertising, intellectual-property, privacy and provider rules. Do not submit secrets, unlawful material or unnecessary personal data.
Connected-provider actions
TrackPost performs only the publishing actions requested by an authorized user or API client. Provider platforms remain authoritative for accounts, locations, posts, moderation and availability. Disconnecting TrackPost does not automatically delete content already published at a provider.
Scheduling and delivery
Scheduled times and delivery status are operational targets, not guarantees. Provider outages, authorization expiry, rate limits, content review or network failures can delay or reject publication. Rare duplicate publication is possible when a provider succeeds but its response is lost; review delivery status before retrying manually.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, bypass provider controls, publish spam or deceptive content, probe another tenant, misuse personal data or interfere with platform security. Use must comply with the applicable Meta, Google, LinkedIn and destination-profile terms.
Ending use
You can disconnect provider access at any time. You remain responsible for removing already published content at the provider when desired. For verified deletion of stored TrackPost data, follow the data-deletion page or contact office@marken-group.com.
